Our Mission

The Penn-Ohio Athletic Club is dedicated to promoting amateur basketball throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio while fostering an environment built on Christian values. We strive to develop student-athletes who demonstrate character, hard work, self-confidence, sportsmanship, and teamwork both on and off the court.

Our goal is to help every player return to their community, school team, and coaches as a better athlete and person, while providing opportunities for increased exposure to college recruiters and higher education through athletic and academic achievement.

Founded in 2004 by Justin Magestro, Penn-Ohio Blue Storm has built a tradition of excellence in youth basketball. The organization is proud to be the home of the 2004 17U/18U Girls Basketball National Champions, establishing a legacy of success from the very beginning. 

For more than two decades, Blue Storm has helped develop countless student-athletes by emphasizing skill development, leadership, and preparation for the next level both on and off the court.
